COLLETTIVO PER I DIRIGENTI.
.::SERVIZIO DI PLACEMENT::.
La Gestione di sostegno al reddito
(GSR) dei dirigenti che hanno perso il posto di lavoro, gestita in
ambito FASI, prevede un incremento di 500 euro mensili dell’importo
erogato, per la durata dei mesi di trattamento complessivamente
spettanti; tale incremento può essere utilizzato a finanziamento del
servizio di Placement.
.::BILANCIO DELLE COMPETENZE::.
Gestito in ambito Fondirigenti, il
nuovo contratto promuove anche il Bilancio delle Competenze che
consente di mantenere efficace nel tempo il proprio bagaglio
professionale e di soft skills per un’efficiente pianificazione del
proprio percorso individuale di carriera. Per i colleghi che hanno
perduto l’occupazione, il Bilancio delle Competenze rappresenta invece
un’attività propedeutica per il servizio di Placement.
